After you create your Sell That Cell order, we provide a prepaid shipping option so you can send your device safely. If you do not have a printer, you can use the USPS QR code option at participating USPS locations.
How it works
Two easy ways to ship your device.
You can either print the prepaid label yourself or use the QR code option if printing is not convenient.

Print or show the QR code
If you have a printer, print the prepaid label and attach it to your package. If you do not, save the QR code on your phone and bring it to USPS.

Drop it off and track it
Once USPS scans the package, tracking will begin updating. Keep your drop-off receipt until your order is completed.
Use the USPS QR code option.
USPS Label Broker lets participating shippers provide a QR code or Label Broker ID that USPS can use to print the label at the counter or at a supported self-service kiosk.
- Save the QR code on your phone.
- Pack and seal your device before going to USPS.
- Show the QR code or Label Broker ID to the USPS associate.
- Ask for a drop-off receipt after it is accepted.
Protect the device before you ship.
Use a sturdy box or padded mailer and enough cushioning so the device cannot move around inside the package.
- Remove old shipping labels or barcodes from reused boxes.
- Include the packing slip if one was provided.
- Do not include accessories unless your order specifically asks for them.
- Take a quick photo of the packaged device for your records.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. For standard individual orders, Sell That Cell provides a prepaid shipping option so you can send your device in for inspection.
Do I need a printer?
No. If your order includes a USPS QR code, a participating USPS location can print the label for you.
When does tracking start?
Tracking usually starts after USPS scans the package. Keep your drop-off receipt until the order is completed.
What if USPS cannot scan the QR code?
Try increasing your phone brightness, opening the code from the original email, or using the printable label option. Contact us if you need help.
