For this condition, the device must power on and boot to the home screen.

Glass on the screen may be cracked, but no damage to the LCD, and the screen still responds to touch everywhere
Device has a slight bend to the frame
Device has functional issues such as broken buttons, speakers, cameras, etc. Touch ID, Face ID, and other biometric functions must work (fingerprint scanners and facial recognition). If one of these does not work, it belongs in the "Broken" Category.

Device has issues with cellular, wifi, or bluetooth connections
Device has water damage
LCD screen is damaged or touch screen does not work

If we receive your device and it is still linked to an iCloud account, we will contact you with instructions on how to remove the device from your account. If you are unable to remove it, your offer may be reduced by up to 50% (depending on the condition of your device) because it can never be activated again and can only be used for parts.
